The basic delivery time is (preparation period 5 days + shipping 20 to 30 days), but there may be delays due to the difficulty of communicating with the customer.

Weekend holidays (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) are not counted as part of the preparation period.

 

Shipping information on public holidays

Please note that when placing your orders online for delivery during the holiday season (such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Hijri Day, and National Day), shipments may undergo additional processing days. (The delivery period will be the order processing period from 15 to 20 days + the official holiday period + the shipping period mentioned previously)
